M. Shadows, (Matt Sanders) frontman of Avenged Sevenfold is, in my opinion, very good looking, but he is also very talented. Another thing about him is he is very strict when it comes to his body. He works out everyday. *wink wink*
He is also very strict when it comes to his voice, and has/had a vocal coach that he practices/practiced with all the time. He also eats vocal friendly foods like dairy and spicy food.
